Between 2004 and 2009 I worked with Bruce Ransley of Impress: clear communication to proofread advertisements for Robert Real Estate. We developed a system and style sheets to allow ads to be rapidly and accurately edited online before they were sent to the printers. In this time we also mapped Roberts’ business processes to streamline all the activities they undertook from the time of listing to the completion of a sale.
