I worked for Woodside Energy Ltd in 2001, facilitating up to three project scoping workshops a day, each with up to 15 participants. The aim of the workshops was to capture what each of Woodside’s facilities needed from their SAP system. I wrote documentation on the fly, projecting the documents up onto the wall so participants could see what was being decided.

I also created and maintained the project’s scoping documentation detailing the software and business specifications.
