In 2008 and 2009 I worked for what was then called DPIW to evaluate the HR and Finance policy sections of their intranet. The intranet had become cluttered and hard to navigate. I proposed a user-friendly structure and edited many policy pages until we found a streamlined format that would work for all of the pages.
I also restructured and copy-edited policy documents on the subjects of travel, procurement and OH&S.
